Orders & Shipping

When your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Shipping is by DHL and the delivery time is usually between 2-4 working days.

Your invoice will be sent to you automatically in a separate email after the goods have been shipped.

return

Orders can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned to us unused and undamaged in their original condition.

The buyer bears the costs for a return. To ensure that we have received the return shipment, it should be sent to us with a tracking number.

As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We will refund the purchase amount including shipping costs to the payment method used to place the original order. The legal processing time is up to 14 working days.

We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your order to us within the specified period of 14 days and place a new order.

We want you to receive a flawless, high-quality product. If a product is defective, please send us an email with photos and a description of the damage to contact@sunnyberlin.com

Our products are handmade. Each product we sell is therefore unique and minimal deviations in quality do not represent a quality defect.

The size chart and care instructions for our products can be found in the description of each product. Incorrect care and handling can lead to damage and loss of quality, for which we cannot accept any liability.

Our products are shipped in tissue paper and a cardboard box. In order to save resources, we do without gift boxes and other frills.
