CANCELLATION & RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Conditions for returns

The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
Please return the item, if possible, in its original packaging.

Excluded items

Refunds are excluded for sale items, gift vouchers and discounted promotional items.

Return shipping

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
We strongly recommend returning items with tracking, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise.
Without proof of delivery, a refund cannot be issued.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
