Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
The following items are also non-refundable:
– Gift cards
– Items purchased during promotional discount campaigns
Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We kindly ask that you provide a tracking number for your return.
Without proof of delivery, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and therefore cannot issue a refund.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at:
