Revocation and Return

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, if your purchase is more than 14 days old, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we need proof of purchase.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, the original payment method including the shipping costs will be automatically credited.

The costs for returns are borne by the buyer. A tracking number is requested, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you have returned. A refund cannot take place in this case.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

It may take some time for your refund to be posted.

Refunds can only be given for regular priced items, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange / Complaint

Exchanges will only be given for defective or damaged items.
